1. What is Cyneward Protect Lite?

It is a software program that protects the user’s data using machine learning methods, dynamic engagement and artificial intelligence algorithm through which the system passively interacts with a scenario based on the assumption that an attacker has gained access to your computer/workstation.

2. How to install Cyneward Protect Lite?

You need to download it as Package Installer .MSI and follow the instructions, pressing the “Next” button successively.

3. How does Cyneward Protect Lite work?

Cyneward Protect Lite detects executable files and extracts mathematical vectors made up of the characteristics of those executables. These are sent, in real time, to Cyneward’s backend servers where they are interpreted through a machine learning algorithmic perspective. Subsequently, these algorithms return the executable classification to the user. If the executable file is infected, it will show up on the blocked programs list, as well as on the detection list and the user cannot execute it even though the program still exists. Cyneward Protect Lite blocks all scripts that may enter via email attachments, but allows the user to work with whitelisted scripts and folders.

4. Do I need another antivirus if I use Cyneward Protect Lite?

No, but you can use a complementary antivirus program while using Cyneward Protect Lite. They do not collide.

5. Does Cyneward Protect Lite affect the performance of my computer or internet speed?

Absolutely not, Cyneward Protect Lite is 40 times faster than any traditional End Point solution and the processor resources it occupies are negligible.

6. Does Cyneward Protect Lite interfere with other programs installed on my computer?

No. Updates to this program are made asymmetrically on the server so that your computer’s performance is not affected. This feature differentiates it from other solutions that make computer use very difficult while performing or installing updates.

7. Does Cyneward Protect Lite also work on mobile devices (smartphone, tablet)?

The current version is for desktop use only, but future versions will also be compatible with mobile devices.

8. Does Cyneward Protect Lite require a specific version of Windows?

It is compatible with all Windows versions, from Windows 7 and above, the standard requirements being 2GB of RAM and .NET Framework 4.7.2.

9. Does Cyneward Protect Lite work on both Mac and PC?

The current version only works on PC.

10. Can I use Cyneward Protect Lite if I have another Internet service provider, not Telekom?

Yes, it can be used regardless of the Internet service provider you choose.

11. Can I use Cyneward Protect Lite after my contract with Telekom ends or if I change the Internet service provider?

Yes, it can be used regardless of who your data provider is.

12. What type of internet connection should I use so that Cyneward Protect Lite protects my data (fiber optic, wireless etc.)

The use of Cyneward Protect Lite is not conditioned by this factor, the program works with any type of connection.

13. How do I renew my license?

You need to contact the solution’s provider and follow the indicated steps.

14. How do I uninstall Cyneward Protect Lite?

You need to access Control Panel and click on Uninstall.

15. You may have downloaded a suspicious file. What to do?

Nothing, Cyneward Protect Lite does everything for you.

16. How do I turn off auto-renewal?

You simply use the “Suspend” button within the program’s interface.
